  • JOB SUMMARY
    The Field Engineer 4 is responsible for providing on-site PC hardware break/fix support at various customer locations. This role requires reliable transportation, adherence to company policies, and completion of required product training to ensure high-quality technical service delivery.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Respond to PC hardware break/fix service calls at assigned locations.
    • Diagnose and repair Dell desktop PCs and related hardware.
    • Install, configure, and support desktop systems to ensure optimal performance.
    • Maintain compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
    • Complete required product training to stay current with technical updates.

    Required Qualifications
    • Proven expertise in Dell Desktop PC installation and support.
    • A+ Certification.
    • Reliable transportation for travel to service locations.
    • Ability to pass drug and background screening.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Prior field service experience in PC hardware support.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

    Certifications
    • A+ Certification required.
