  • Job Summary
    We are seeking an experienced Senior Programmer to design and implement scalable enterprise software solutions, define technical architectures for web, desktop, and cloud applications, and provide technical leadership within a collaborative engineering environment. This is an onsite position in Mechanicsburg, PA.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Define technical architectures for web, desktop, and cloud applications using modern microservices and monolithic patterns.
    • Evaluate and select appropriate .NET, Java, tools, programming frameworks, databases, and third-party libraries.
    • Design cloud-native strategies on Microsoft Azure, including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS solutions.
    • Implement security protocols and DevOps guidelines and promote established engineering best practices.
    • Translate business requirements into technical designs and provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers.
    • Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable enterprise software solutions.

    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 8+ years of software development experience, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
    • Experience defining and implementing technical architectures for scalable applications.
    • Proficiency with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
    • Strong experience with microservices architecture.
    • Strong coding, security, and DevOps skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide technical teams.
