Job Summary:
This role focuses on developing and implementing production-ready agent-based solutions by translating architectural specifications into scalable systems. The position involves leading ASIC-focused testing and validation while ensuring high reliability and performance across projects. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams and take ownership of implementation responsibilities to support enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Transform architectural specifications into production-ready agents
- Lead ASIC-focused testing and validation across projects and sites
- Support implementation activities and reduce dependency on core platform teams
- Ensure enterprise-grade reliability, scalability, and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution delivery
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in ASIC development.
- 3+ years of experience with UVM Verification.
- Strong proficiency in automation using Python, API integration, and workflow orchestration
- Expertise in validation frameworks and agent development
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
- Knowledge of system performance optimization and reliability engineering
Education:
B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
