  • JOB SUMMARY

    We are seeking an experienced Model N Power by Flex Consultant to support the design, implementation, configuration, and optimization of Model N solutions across Commercial and Regulatory modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical expertise in Model N Power by Flex, with the ability to analyze business requirements, deliver high-quality solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with global teams. Experience with product migration initiatives is highly desirable.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Model N Power by Flex solutions.
    • Support both Commercial and Regulatory modules within the Model N platform.
    • Work extensively within the DSaaS L2R Model N skill cluster to deliver high-quality business solutions.
    • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
    • Participate in the design, development, deployment, and support of Model N applications.
    • Collaborate with global business and technical teams to implement and optimize Model N solutions.
    • Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned tasks and project deliverables.
    • Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve complex application and system issues.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Model N and downstream/upstream systems.
    • Support data migration, product migration, and system transformation initiatives where applicable.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, development methodologies, and organizational best practices.
    • Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation, design documents, and operational procedures.
    • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality and development standards.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
    • Support testing activities, including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
    • Communicate project progress, risks, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
    • Participate in continuous learning and stay current with Model N product updates, enhancements, and industry trends.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
    • Strong experience with Model N Power by Flex.
    • Proven experience working with both Commercial and Regulatory modules within Model N.
    • Strong functional and technical knowledge of Model N solutions and architecture.
    • Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Model N applications.
    • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.
    • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.
    • Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
    • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience supporting testing activities, including SIT and UAT.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience with product migration or platform migration projects.
    • Experience working within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Revenue Management environments.
    • Knowledge of system integrations, data migration, and enterprise application architecture.
    • Experience supporting cloud-based enterprise applications.
    • Experience mentoring junior consultants or technical team members.
    • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
    • Exposure to large-scale global implementation projects.

    CERTIFICATIONS

    • Model N certifications or related product certifications preferred.
    • Agile, Scrum, or Project Management certifications preferred.
    • Relevant cloud or enterprise application certifications are a plus.
