Must Have:
3+ years of hands-on Palantir Foundry experience
Strong background in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Machine Learning
Experience developing predictive models, forecasting solutions, optimization models, or decision intelligence solutions
Proficiency in Python for analytics, modeling, and AI/ML development
Experience translating business problems into data-driven solutions
Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and present insights
Experience leveraging Foundry Ontology and business object models
Familiarity with Foundry pipelines, data transformations, and data integration concepts
Experience building analytical applications, operational dashboards, or decision-support solutions in Foundry

Nice to Have
Exposure to Palantir AIP, AI/ML, or GenAI-enabled use cases
Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Procurement, or Operations Analytics experience
Experience with demand forecasting, inventory optimization, network optimization, or supply chain risk analysis
Knowledge of Operations Research, Optimization, or Simulation Modeling
Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, or other modern analytics platforms
