  • Job Summary
    We are seeking an experienced SFDC Senior System Analyst / Senior Developer with 12–13 years of IT industry experience, including hands-on expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will have 7–8 years of Salesforce.com development, implementation, administration, and configuration experience, with strong communication skills to coordinate knowledge transfer and interact with IT and business stakeholders. This role will lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and activation across enterprise systems.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Design and implement data models, ingestion pipelines, and transformations within Salesforce Data Cloud
    2. Build scalable solutions to unify and activate customer data from multiple systems
    3. Collaborate with teams to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and governance
    4. Develop queries, APIs, and workflows for real-time personalization and analytics
    5. Expose Data Cloud data for external system consumption via APIs and connectors
    6. Build integrations to connect Salesforce Data Cloud with diverse platforms
    7. Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend system improvements
    8. Own end-to-end Data Cloud architecture for Member 360, including ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, and activation
    9. Configure and manage Data Streams to ingest large volumes of data
    10. Implement Identity Resolution rules for accurate customer profiles
    11. Develop Calculated Insights, segmentation, and activation processes
    12. Ensure governance and apply data quality best practices
    13. Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues

    Required Qualifications
    1. 12–13 years of IT industry experience
    2. 7–8 years of Salesforce.com development, implementation, administration, and configuration
    3. Proven experience leading Salesforce Data Cloud solutions (Customer 360, identity resolution, householding)
    4. Strong functional and technical expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud
    5. Hands-on experience with Data Streams, DMO, DLO, Data Mapping, Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Activation
    6. Proficiency in SQL or other query languages
    7. Knowledge of data governance and data quality practices
    8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

    Preferred Qualifications
    1. Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Community Clouds
    2. Exposure to Marketing Cloud/Pardot, Einstein AI, Analytics, FSL
    3. Experience with enterprise identity, Customer 360, master data management, and large-data-volume programs
    4. Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and event-driven architectures

    Certifications
    1. Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant (mandatory)
    2. Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory)
    3. Salesforce App Builder (mandatory)
    4. Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Integration Architect) preferred
