  • Job Summary
    We are seeking an Engineering Specialist Viva Engage to support the development, implementation, and operational management of enterprise collaboration platforms. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining infrastructure tooling, supporting Viva Engage onboarding and migrations, building enterprise-grade integrations with Microsoft 365 services, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and collaborating with business units, vendors, and internal engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable SaaS solutions.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Design and maintain migration tools for onboarding business units and migrating from legacy platforms.
    • Develop enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET, and SharePoint technologies.
    • Build integrations with Microsoft 365 services using Microsoft Graph API and Graph SDK.
    • Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and SharePoint Online Management Shell.
    • Troubleshoot onboarding, integration, and operational issues across enterprise platforms.
    • Collaborate with business units to onboard teams and communities to Viva Engage.
    • Support migration initiatives from legacy collaboration platforms.
    • Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, implementation plans, and operational procedures.
    • Coordinate with SaaS vendors and third-party technology partners to resolve platform issues.
    • Ensure compliance with change management policies and governance standards.
    • Respond to escalated production support incidents and drive timely resolution.
    • Participate in on-call support rotation for enterprise collaboration platforms.
    • Collaborate with LDAP, Web Proxy Engineering, Security Architecture, Governance, and Compliance teams.
    • Support enterprise identity integrations using OAuth and SAML.
    • Implement secure and scalable application integrations following enterprise security standards.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
    • 8+ years of application development experience using C#, .NET, and SharePoint.
    • Experience building enterprise-grade applications integrated with Microsoft 365 using Microsoft Graph API.
    • Strong experience with PowerShell scripting and SharePoint Online Management Shell.
    • Experience implementing OAuth, SAML, and enterprise identity integrations.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills in complex enterprise environments.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with Microsoft Viva Engage, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams integrations.
    • Experience building SaaS onboarding workflows, lifecycle management systems, and automation tools.
    • Experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
    • Understanding of e-Communications, Information Barriers, Data Classification, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
    • Knowledge of HTTPS, TLS, digital certificates, web proxies, and enterprise security technologies.
    • Experience supporting enterprise community platforms or digital workplace solutions.
    • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise migration projects.
