  • Job Summary
    We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with expertise in LangChain and LangGraph to design, develop, and support advanced AI-driven applications and workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python development, modern AI frameworks, and building scalable, efficient backend solutions.
    This role requires hands-on technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and services
    • Build and optimize AI-driven workflows and integrations using LangChain and LangGraph
    • Develop scalable and maintainable backend solutions
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions
    • Integrate APIs, data sources, and third-party services into application workflows
    • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and system issues
    • Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability
    • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
    • Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices
    • Support deployment, testing, and ongoing maintenance activities

    Required Qualifications
    • 7–10 years of experience in Python development
    • Strong hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph
    • Experience developing backend applications and distributed systems
    • Strong understanding of REST APIs and system integrations
    • Experience with databases, data processing, and application performance optimization
    • Knowledge of software development best practices and version control systems
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced development environments

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience working with AI/ML-driven applications and workflows
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms and container technologies
    • Experience with automation, orchestration, or workflow management tools
    • Knowledge of modern DevOps and CI/CD practices
