JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Clinical EMR Configuration Analyst with extensive experience in clinical systems to support Electronic Medical Record configuration, quality assurance, and conversion workflows, with a specific focus on WellSky implementations. This role is integral to supporting system conversions, ensuring accurate configuration, and fostering collaboration among clinical, technical, and operational teams. The successful candidate will possess strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity for critical thinking within fast-paced, Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Support EMR configuration activities, emphasizing clinical workflows and system optimization.
• Participate in and support conversions to WellSky, including configuration validation and quality assurance.
• Assist with QA testing, defect tracking, and validation of system changes to ensure clinical and operational requirements are met.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with stakeholders for resolution.
• Work closely with clinical, technical, and operational teams to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for managing work items, bugs, and testing documentation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to iterative improvement.
• Document configuration decisions, workflows, and testing outcomes clearly and accurately.
• Provide clear and professional communication to internal teams and leadership on status, risks, and issues.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with clinical EMR configuration in a healthcare environment.
• 5 years of experience in supporting WellSky EMR.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Minimum 7 years of working knowledge in Azure DevOps.
• 10 years of experience working in Agile development or support environments.

Preferred Qualifications
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with EMR conversions or implementations.
• Minimum 10 years' experience supporting clinical workflows (e.g., nursing, therapy, home health, hospice).
• Prior involvement in QA, testing, or validation activities for healthcare systems.
