Job Summary
We are seeking a GTM Engineer with experience leveraging modern AI-driven go-to-market tooling and data-driven revenue operations strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL-based RevOps workflows, customer and account scoring methodologies, and cloud infrastructure concepts. This role will focus on building scalable GTM processes, optimizing data workflows, and supporting AI-enabled operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize go-to-market (GTM) workflows using modern AI-driven GTM tools and platforms
- Work with tools such as Clay and related automation technologies to support revenue operations initiatives
- Develop and maintain SQL-based data workflows, reporting logic, and operational models
- Build and enhance Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) scoring models and account prioritization frameworks
- Analyze customer, sales, and operational data to support GTM strategy and business decision-making
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, RevOps, and technical teams to improve process efficiency and data quality
- Support automation and enrichment processes for lead generation, segmentation, and account intelligence
- Assist with integrating AI-enabled workflows into existing GTM and operational processes
- Support cloud-based infrastructure and data-related operational initiatives
- Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvement and operational best practices
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with Clay and modern AI-driven GTM tooling
- Strong SQL skills with experience building and managing RevOps-related workflows and operational models
- Experience developing ICP scoring models or customer/account scoring methodologies
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and environments
- Experience analyzing and transforming operational and business data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with revenue operations (RevOps), sales operations, or GTM engineering functions
- Familiarity with AI-assisted workflow automation and data enrichment platforms
- Experience supporting scalable data and GTM infrastructure initiatives
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and modern data stack technologies
