Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant with 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with asset lifecycle management, maintenance processes, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities
• Support and configure SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) functionality.
• Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure and support maintenance processes, including equipment, functional locations, maintenance notifications, and work orders.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on SAP integrations with modules such as MM, FI/CO, and SD.
• Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and technical documentation.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Assist with continuous improvement and enhancements to SAP EAM processes.

Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of SAP EAM / SAP PM experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP maintenance and asset management processes.
• Experience with Equipment, Functional Locations, Notifications, Maintenance Orders, and Maintenance Plans.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
