  • JOB SUMMARY
    Business Systems Analyst to own internal systems rebranding and change enablement for a legacy-to-Guidewire modernization program. You will document the complete system transformation, capture organizational change impact (access, naming, credentials), and create internal communication and adoption assets. This is internal IT systems rebranding.

    Key Responsibilities
    System Migration Documentation — Map legacy architecture/configs to Guidewire environment; produce as-is/to-be artifacts
    Internal Rebranding Capture — Document all system name changes, email DL changes, app URL changes, admin role/access changes, environment naming
    Change Impact Analysis — Identify teams/roles/workflows affected; catalog credential changes, access paths, system references, process flows
    Enablement Assets — Create runbooks, quick-reference guides, FAQs, process flows for internal IT and business users
    Stakeholder Alignment — Gather requirements from legacy system owners, IT ops, security, process owners; validate scope/timing
    Access & Permissions Mapping — Document legacy access/admin roles; translate to Guidewire role model; flag gaps
    Communication Support — Partner with IT leadership on clear transition messaging (what's changing, when, how to access)
    Testing & Validation — Support UAT comms; document test environment names, access provisioning, known issues

    Required Qualifications
    15+ years as Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in IT transformation/modernization projects
    Hands-on experience documenting legacy system decommissioning and new system implementation (as-is/to-be, process mapping)
    Experience capturing internal organizational change (role changes, permissions migration, naming conventions, email/group changes)
    Strong stakeholder interviewing skills (business users, IT ops, security, admins); translate technical details into clear docs
    Proven track record producing clear, organized documentation (migration guides, process flows, runbooks, change summaries)
    Proficiency with documentation tools (Confluence, SharePoint, Visio, or equivalent) and spreadsheets

    Preferred Qualifications
    Prior Guidewire platform experience (P&C insurance context helpful, not required)
    Insurance/financial services modernization experience
    Access management tools familiarity (Active Directory, RBAC, identity governance)
    Email/collaboration platform migration experience (Teams, Slack, distribution lists)
    Change management or internal comms background in tech environments
