Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Analyst to leverage analytical skills and data-driven insights to support business strategy and enhance customer experience. This role focuses on analyzing diverse data sources, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights that drive decision-making and optimization initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with large datasets, collaborating across teams, and translating complex data into clear, meaningful narratives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data from multiple sources (e.g., customer behavior, transactions, digital activity, financial data) to generate actionable insights
- Develop insights to support business initiatives such as customer acquisition, segmentation, and product strategy
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders
- Design and develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
- Support experimentation and data-driven decision-making to improve customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, engineering, marketing, and product development
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization within customer journeys
- Work with structured and unstructured data, including behavioral and sentiment data
- Contribute to hypothesis-driven analysis and strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of experience generating analytical insights to support business strategy
- Strong proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
- Experience working with large and complex datasets
- Strong data storytelling and visualization skills
- Experience developing dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree (e.g., MBA or MS) in a relevant field
- Experience with digital analytics, customer behavior, or sentiment analysis
- Experience working in Agile or cross-functional product teams
- Strong curiosity and ability to learn new tools and techniques
