  • JOB SUMMARY
    The Lead II will develop technical documents, perform design and code reviews, act as a point of contact for build and deployment issues, and optimize application development. This role also involves learning new technologies and business domains, contributing to practice-related activities, and mentoring team members.

    Key Responsibilities
    - Develop technical documents including Functional Design Specifications and Deployment documentation.
    - Perform design document reviews and peer code reviews, suggesting code improvements.
    - Serve as the primary contact for build and deployment issues, ensuring timely resolution.
    - Continuously learn new technologies, business domains, and system specifics.
    - Contribute to ERP/CRM Practice activities, such as assembling content for case studies and knowledge sharing sessions.
    - Select and implement appropriate technical options for development, including reusing or reconfiguring existing components.
    - Identify problem patterns and enhance the technical design of applications and systems.
    - Optimize efficiency, cost, and quality of development efforts.
    - Implement new features released in relevant technologies.
    - Develop applications creatively, employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions.
    - Be responsible for others' developmental activities.
    - Interpret application, feature, and component designs to develop them according to specifications.
    - Code, debug, test, document, and communicate product/component/feature development stages.
    - Validate results with user representatives, integrate, and commission the overall solution.
    - Influence customer satisfaction by suggesting code refactoring and business process improvements.
    - Complete sprint deliverables ahead of schedule and assist client architects and product owners with design suggestions.
    - Influence and improve employee engagement within project teams.
    - Set goals, measure progress, and update accordingly.
    - Understand requirements and user stories.
    - Provide inputs for effort and size estimation, and plan resources.
    - Follow scrum ceremonies.
    - Contribute to the creation of design (HLD, LLD, SAD) and architecture.
    - Define coding standards, templates, and checklists.
    - Perform code reviews for team members.
    - Create and review unit test cases, scenarios, and execution.
    - Review test plans created by the testing team and provide clarifications.
    - Perform defect root cause analysis (RCA) and mitigation.
    - Identify defect trends and implement proactive measures to improve quality.
    - Manage the delivery of modules and/or user stories.
    - Create/review templates, checklists, guidelines, and standards for design, process, and development.
    - Create/review deliverable documents, including design documentation, test cases, and results.
    - Report status of assigned tasks and comply with reporting standards.
