  • Job Summary
    We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to serve as the technical authority for enterprise Salesforce platform initiatives. This role is responsible for designing scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will provide strategic technical leadership, oversee complex integrations, and drive platform optimization while mentoring development teams and supporting enterprise architecture initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Architect and lead the implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud platforms with a focus on scalability, performance, and compliance.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and oversee enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
    • Establish technical standards, architectural guidelines, and Salesforce development best practices.
    • Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Visualforce, and Flow automation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and deliver intelligent customer experience solutions.
    • Manage platform optimization efforts and technical debt reduction initiatives.
    • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
    • Participate in discovery sessions, solution design discussions, and Proof-of-Concept (POC) development activities.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve functional, integration, and performance-related issues.
    • Support post-deployment activities including documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational support.
    • Support release management, environment management, code versioning, and deployment processes.

    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 10+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
    • Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
    • Experience working in multi-currency Salesforce environments.
    • Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Visualforce.
    • Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns, API integrations, and authentication protocols including SAML, SSO, and OAuth.
    • Experience with environment management, release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies.
    • Experience working within Agile development environments using Jira and DevOps practices utilizing Azure-based tools.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or multiple Salesforce domain architect certifications.
    • Experience with Agentforce, Salesforce AI capabilities, MuleSoft, or Informatica.
    • Familiarity with Net Zero Cloud.
    • Experience with CI/CD and deployment tools such as Gearset.
    • Knowledge of ZoomInfo, Lucid, or Confluence.
    • Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and Agile methodologies.

    Certifications
    • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent Salesforce architect certifications preferred.
