Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support data analytics, insights, and personalization measurement initiatives within a healthcare-focused environment. This role will play a critical part in building and supporting a “Test & Learn” measurement framework that enables data-driven business decisions, improves personalization capabilities, and supports scalable analytics processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in analytics, experimentation methodologies, AI/ML insights, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and optimization of data-driven measurement and analytics frameworks for personalization initiatives.
- Partner with business and technology teams to support AI/ML and personalization capability adoption across the organization.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to evaluate digital and non-digital customer experiences and identify actionable insights.
- Develop and support A/B/N testing frameworks across websites, applications, and digital platforms.
- Define success metrics, measurement strategies, and recommendations for personalization and customer engagement initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and personalization effectiveness using statistical and analytical techniques.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business units and channels to deliver consultative analytics support.
- Interpret AI/ML and predictive model outputs to support business decision-making.
- Work with relational databases and web interaction data to support analytics and reporting initiatives.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.
- Support cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives related to analytics and personalization strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a Data and Analytics role supporting business and technology teams.
- Strong knowledge of analytics techniques including profiling, data mining, statistical analysis, modeling, and campaign measurement.
- Experience performing data-driven analysis and hypothesis testing for digital and non-digital experiences.
- Strong understanding of A/B/N testing methodologies, Design of Experiments, and measurement frameworks.
- Hands-on expertise with SQL, Snowflake, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and Adobe Analytics.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and web interaction data analysis.
- Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and predictive model outputs.
- Experience working collaboratively across business units in a consultative capacity.
- Strong project management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to present complex data insights and outcomes in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Healthcare domain experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting personalization, customer analytics, or digital experience measurement initiatives.
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale analytics and AI-driven decision-making environments.
- Experience working within cross-functional data and technology teams.
