Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect to design and govern enterprise integration architecture that ensures seamless interoperability between clinical and business systems.
This role plays a critical part in supporting digital transformation initiatives by enabling secure, scalable, and efficient data exchange across on-premises and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain enterprise integration architecture to support reliable data exchange across systems.
- Define integration standards, frameworks, and reusable patterns to drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and vendor teams to ensure adherence to integration best practices.
- Oversee and review interface designs for platforms such as Epic, ServiceNow, Workday, and SailPoint.
- Support secure API lifecycle management and govern API usage across internal and external consumers.
- Enable legacy system modernization through effective integration strategies.
- Develop architectural documentation and provide technical guidance to project teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5–7 years of experience in integration architecture or system integration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with enterprise integration platforms and middleware.
- 5 years of experience supporting hybrid (on-prem/cloud) integration models.
- 7 years of experience with integration patterns including APIs, messaging, ETL, and microservices.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and IHE.
- Familiarity with cloud-native integration tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with infrastructure, security, and development teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in healthcare IT environments.
- Experience with platforms such as Epic, Workday, ServiceNow, or SailPoint.
Certifications
- Certifications in integration platforms (e.g., HL7, FHIR, Mulesoft, Azure Integration Services) or enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF) are preferred.
