  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead and manage project deliverables across cross-functional teams. 
    The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile methodologies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to foster collaboration and drive project success. 
    This role involves coordinating sprints, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with business goals.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Report project metrics and updates to stakeholders.
    • Coordinate Agile ceremonies including sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
    • Coach team members on Agile frameworks and best practices.
    • Facilitate internal communication and collaboration across teams.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for external communications.
    • Work with product owners to manage backlogs and prioritize new requests.
    • Resolve conflicts and remove project obstacles.
    • Guide teams through change implementation and process improvements.
    • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
    • Promote a productive and collaborative team environment.

    Required Qualifications
    • 7+ years of experience in Project Management.
    • Familiarity with software development processes.
    • Strong knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (e.g., definition of done, user stories, automated testing).
    • Good understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • PMP or Scrum Master certification.
    • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
