  • Job Summary
    The Quality Engineer / SDET will support a specialty QA squad with a strong focus on quality engineering, test automation, and automation framework development. The role requires hands-on experience across functional, API, UI, and automated testing, along with the ability to design, maintain, and scale automation frameworks. The candidate should be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced Agile environment and contributing across multiple areas of quality engineering with minimal onboarding.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Design, develop, maintain, and scale test automation frameworks.
    • Apply strong QA fundamentals across functional, API, UI, and automation testing.
    • Design and implement automation solutions that improve application quality and testing efficiency.
    • Develop and enhance regression automation suites.
    • Support automation framework migration and modernization initiatives.
    • Perform UI, API, and backend automation testing.
    • Evaluate and apply appropriate automation tools and technologies based on project requirements.
    • Troubleshoot and improve existing automation frameworks and test suites.
    • Collaborate with the Quality Engineering team to support comprehensive testing across applications.
    • Work independently and become productive quickly in a fast-paced Agile environment.
    • Contribute to automation architecture and framework design decisions.
    • Support functional, API, UI, and automation testing activities as part of a versatile Quality Engineering team.

    Required Qualifications
    • Strong Quality Engineering / SDET experience.
    • Extensive hands-on experience with test automation.
    • Strong knowledge of functional, API, UI, and automation testing.
    • Experience designing, maintaining, and scaling automation frameworks.
    • Strong understanding of test automation architecture and framework design.
    • Experience with automation tools such as Selenium or similar frameworks.
    • Ability to work independently with limited onboarding or training.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced Agile environment.
    • Demonstrated experience owning, maintaining, or enhancing automation frameworks and regression suites.

    Preferred Qualification
    • Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca.
    • Experience with Playwright or similar modern automation technologies.
    • Experience migrating automation suites or frameworks.
    • Experience across UI, API, and backend automation testing.
    • Broad experience with automation tools and technologies.
    • Experience building scalable automation solutions.
    • Experience contributing to automation framework modernization initiatives.
