Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced OCM Program Manager to lead enterprise-level Organizational Change Management initiatives supporting large-scale transformation programs. This role is responsible for driving organizational alignment, executive communication, governance oversight, and successful adoption of technical initiatives related to PKI, data protection, and cryptography programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, program management expertise, and the ability to effectively bridge technical and business stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage enterprise-wide Organizational Change Management (OCM) programs across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary leadership contact for program stakeholders, subject matter experts, and delivery teams.
- Drive program-level communication, alignment, governance, and strategic execution activities.
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, status updates, and communication materials.
- Establish stakeholder alignment methodologies to ensure engagement, transparency, and consistent messaging across programs.
- Partner with executive leadership to support program integration and organizational alignment.
- Establish and maintain OCM governance frameworks, oversight models, standards, and best practices.
- Lead sponsor coalition engagement and ensure active participation from executive stakeholders.
- Drive execution of OCM roadmaps supporting PKI integration and data protection initiatives.
- Support organizational readiness, user adoption, and transformation initiatives across technical and business teams.
- Align program milestones with enterprise transformation objectives and operational readiness goals.
- Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs), adoption metrics, and overall program health.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities using data-driven insights.
- Translate complex technical concepts related to PKI, data protection, and cryptography into business-friendly communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful program delivery and change adoption.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of program management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives.
- Proven experience managing Organizational Change Management (OCM) programs.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience across large cross-functional organizations.
- Experience managing enterprise transformation or technical integration programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage executive leadership and technical teams.
- Experience establishing governance frameworks, standards, and oversight models.
- Experience defining and reporting KPIs, adoption metrics, and program status updates.
- Hands-on experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
- Strong knowledge of:
- Data protection concepts
- Digital certificates
- Cryptography frameworks and security practices
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear business-oriented manner.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in Southlake, TX or Phoenix, AZ.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise security, infrastructure, or cybersecurity transformation programs.
- Experience working within highly regulated or security-focused enterprise environments.
- Experience leading large-scale organizational change and adoption initiatives.
- Familiarity with enterprise governance and risk management practices.
