Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Sourcing / Contract Manager to support a global corporate real estate portfolio with a strong focus on construction procurement. Reporting directly to the Sourcing Category leadership team, this highly visible role will partner with senior executives and construction leaders on a portfolio of renovation and capital projects exceeding $100 million globally.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with Construction Project Management and Sourcing leadership to support global construction sourcing initiatives across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and contracting activities, including RFP development, bidder strategy, vendor evaluations, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Identify, assess, and qualify construction vendors, contractors, consultants, and trade partners.
• Manage AIA construction contracts, Master Purchase Agreements (MPAs), Master Services Agreements (MSAs), amendments, project-specific agreements, and local country construction contracts.
• Support renovation, workplace transformation, capital improvement, and large-scale facilities projects.
• Establish consistent contracting frameworks and supplier governance processes across global vendors and service providers.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management, template standardization, risk mitigation, compliance requirements, and contract governance activities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Construction, Facilities, Legal, Finance, and senior business leadership.
• Drive measurable value through cost savings, contract optimization, supplier performance management, and risk reduction.
• Utilize procurement and contract management platforms, including Sirion Labs, Ivalua, and Oracle.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction sourcing, procurement, contract management, and commercial negotiations.
• Extensive experience managing AIA-based agreements and capital construction projects exceeding $5 million.
• Proven experience supporting global construction and facilities programs across multiple regions.
• Strong understanding of construction contract structures, project delivery methodologies, and facilities and capital project sourcing.
• Experience leading RFI and RFP processes from strategy through contract award.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management and procurement systems such as Sirion, Ivalua, or similar tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
