    This role involves leveraging expertise in Oracle Performance Tuning and PostgreSQL. The Technology Specialist will work in a hybrid model, focusing on enhancing system efficiency and reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Optimize database performance by analyzing and tuning Oracle systems to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve database-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
    • Develop and maintain scripts and tools to automate routine database tasks and improve operational efficiency.
    • Monitor database systems proactively to identify potential bottlenecks and implement corrective measures.
    • Provide technical expertise and guidance on Oracle Performance Tuning best practices.
    • Design and implement strategies to enhance database security and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
    • Conduct regular performance assessments and generate reports to highlight areas for improvement and track progress.
    • Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and trends to incorporate innovative solutions into existing systems.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
    • Support the development and deployment of new database features and functionalities as required.
    • Ensure database solutions align with organizational goals and service delivery requirements.
    • Design, develop, and maintain database systems with a focus on PostgreSQL, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
    • Implement database design standards and best practices.
    • Monitor and optimize database performance.
    • Perform backups, restorations, and data migration activities.
    • Stay current with emerging database technologies and industry trends.
    • Participate in code reviews and provide technical recommendations.

    Required Qualifications
    • Expertise in Oracle Performance Tuning.
    • Experience in Database Administration.
