  • Job Summary
    The IT Real-Time Applications (RT Apps) team is seeking a hands-on Lead Full-Stack Cloud Application Developer to design, build, and support a new market submission web application for ISO integrations. The role will set technical direction while remaining hands-on with development and code reviews. The application will span an Angular front end, C#/.NET APIs and background services, PostgreSQL, and AWS. The successful candidate will help deliver a secure, responsive, highly available application capable of displaying live data and submission updates without requiring page refreshes.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead the technical design, development, deployment, and production support of the market submission web application.
    • Develop and maintain C#/.NET APIs, web APIs, and background services.
    • Collaborate on Angular front-end development and integration with backend services.
    • Work with PostgreSQL databases and AWS cloud services.
    • Establish technical direction, development standards, and implementation approaches.
    • Review code and provide technical guidance to developers.
    • Lead and mentor development team members.
    • Work directly with GSOC users to understand workflows and translate requirements into practical, maintainable features.
    • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Database, Networking, and Support teams.
    • Plan and coordinate application releases and deployments.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and technical challenges.
    • Ensure applications are secure, responsive, highly available, and maintainable.
    • Support live data and submission updates without requiring page refreshes.
    • Take ownership of features and initiatives from initial requirements through design, development, deployment, and production support.
    • Make sound technical decisions while maintaining focus on user experience and business requirements.

    Required Qualifications
    • Strong senior-level .NET development experience.
    • Strong hands-on experience with C#.
    • Strong experience developing Web APIs.
    • Formal experience leading software development teams or projects.
    • Experience leading developers, conducting code reviews, and providing technical guidance.
    • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
    • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work hands-on while providing technical leadership.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with Microsoft Azure.
    • Experience with AWS.
    • Experience with Angular.
    • Experience with PostgreSQL.
    • Experience supporting highly available, real-time, or time-sensitive applications.
    • Experience working with market, trading, or energy-related applications.
