  • Job Summary
    We are seeking an AI Product Owner/Manager to lead the development of AI-enabled dashboards, reporting platforms, and internal applications. This role bridges product strategy, AI-assisted development, data engineering, and application delivery, requiring hands-on involvement in prototyping and building solutions using modern AI development tools.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Define and lead product vision for AI-enabled dashboards, reporting platforms, and applications
    • Translate business requirements into AI-driven development workflows
    • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to design applications, APIs, and data models
    • Drive modernization of legacy reporting systems into modern application frameworks
    • Develop prototypes and MVPs using AI-assisted development tools
    • Work with data platforms to design and optimize data models and reporting solutions
    • Establish standards for AI-assisted development, code quality, and governance
    • Conduct working sessions and rapid prototyping with stakeholders
    • Act as a bridge between business, data, and engineering teams

    Required Qualifications
    • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or related roles
    • Strong experience with data platforms such as SQL, Snowflake, or Databricks
    • Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools and workflows
    • Strong experience building dashboards, reporting platforms, and web applications
    • Expertise in SQL, Python, and React
    • Experience with frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript
    • Experience with backend technologies such as Kotlin, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
    • Understanding of data modeling, BI tools, and performance optimization
    • Experience with CI/CD, version control, and modern development practices
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience in financial or data-intensive environments
    • Experience with reporting tools and dashboard migration initiatives
    • Familiarity with testing and AI-assisted test generation
    • Experience with API integrations and secure data handling
    • Experience working in media, production, or operational data environments
    • Strong ability to prototype solutions and validate ideas quickly using AI tools
