Required Skills
Strong experience in the ServiceNow platform and administration.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM/ITBM modules.
Knowledge of:
Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
Demand Management
Resource Management
Financial and Portfolio Management
Experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub).
Strong understanding of Agile and project management methodologies.
Experience in reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.

 

Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM (CIS-SPM).
Experience with Agile Development, APM, or Enterprise Architecture modules.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

 

Nice to Have
ITIL Foundation certification.
Experience in end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects.
Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and governance.
