  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a Data Analyst to support data conversion, implementation, and client corporate action initiatives within a Defined Benefits environment. This role is responsible for analyzing client data, supporting data updates, identifying data quality issues, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders throughout implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, data exchange processes, SQL, and Defined Benefits administration.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Support client corporate action and data conversion initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Lead client data update activities during implementation projects and ongoing operational support.
    • Analyze client source data to identify data quality issues, root causes, and recommend remediation solutions.
    • Support implementation and data conversion projects by analyzing business and system requirements.
    • Perform data validation and ensure the accuracy and integrity of converted client data.
    • Execute and support data exchange activities throughout client implementation projects.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and third-party partners to resolve data-related issues.
    • Coordinate multiple data update requests while managing competing priorities and project timelines.
    • Gather and analyze business requirements related to data conversion and implementation activities.
    • Facilitate communication among stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve successful project outcomes.
    • Learn and apply organizational systems, data loading processes, and implementation methodologies.
    • Document analysis findings, data issues, and recommendations to support project execution.

    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • 3–5 years of experience in Data Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Implementation Analysis.
    • Experience supporting data conversion, implementation, or corporate action projects.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience with data exchange processes and data analysis methodologies.
    • Strong SQL skills for querying, analyzing, and validating data.
    • Experience working with relational databases.
    • Knowledge of Defined Benefits pension administration.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a matrixed environment.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica or SnapLogic.
    • Experience with programming languages used for data processing or automation.
    • Broad knowledge of enterprise applications and technology platforms.
    • Experience supporting large-scale data migration or implementation projects.
    • Familiarity with pension administration systems and data conversion best practices.
