  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a Full Stack Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, support, and optimize enterprise infrastructure solutions across global environments. This role is responsible for leading infrastructure Proof of Concept (PoC), Request for Proposal (RFP), and Request for Enhancement (RFE) initiatives, managing multi-platform systems, automating operational processes, supporting IoT/OT environments, and collaborating with internal engineering teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant technology solutions.

    Key Responsibilities
    • support infrastructure-related PoC, RFP, and RFE initiatives across multiple technology platforms.
    • Design, implement, and support enterprise infrastructure solutions for global business operations.
    • Administer applications with end-to-end ownership, ensuring seamless request flow and network integration.
    • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network and security components, including routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, proxies, DMZs, IP addressing, ports, subnets, MAC addresses, and authentication protocols.
    • Perform server administration across Windows, Linux, macOS, and vendor platforms.
    • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, Perl, or Shell scripting.
    • Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
    • Support and troubleshoot IoT and OT devices across Windows, Linux, Unix, Android, and iOS platforms.
    • Partner with Security Design teams to implement approved security controls and infrastructure solutions.
    • Work with internal engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deploy secure and compliant systems.
    • Manage upgrades, maintenance, and operational support for existing infrastructure and IoT systems.
    • Ensure production environments comply with enterprise security, governance, and hygiene standards.
    • Perform vulnerability assessments, patch management, and remediation activities.
    • Support cloud and on-premises infrastructure security and compliance initiatives.
    • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement continuous improvements.
    • Provide technical guidance and communicate project status to business stakeholders and global teams.
    • Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Strong experience managing enterprise infrastructure across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
    • Extensive knowledge of networking concepts, security architecture, and authentication protocols.
    • Experience administering enterprise applications and infrastructure services.
    • Strong scripting experience using PowerShell, Python, Perl, or Shell.
    • Experience supporting IoT/OT devices across multiple operating systems.
    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
    • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
    • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience working with globally distributed teams.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Professional certifications such as CCNA, AWS, Azure, or equivalent.
    • Experience with vulnerability management platforms including Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, or Nessus.
    • Experience with Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, ServiceNow Vulnerability Response, Tanium, BigFix, or SCCM.
    • Experience with Kubernetes, container security, and cloud security posture management.
    • Knowledge of CIS benchmarks, CVSS, EPSS, and threat intelligence integration.
    • Experience supporting IoT/OT vulnerability management.
