  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a Product Data Analyst to support product reporting, business analysis, and data-driven decision-making across enterprise products and services. This role combines business analysis, data analysis, systems analysis, and product support to interpret complex data, modernize reporting capabilities, improve business processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Analyze and interpret complex business data to develop meaningful reports, dashboards, and actionable insights.
    • Design, develop, and modernize reporting solutions using Excel, SQL, OBIEE, and Power BI.
    • Extract, transform, and analyze data from enterprise platforms including Oracle, Snowflake, and AWS.
    • Document and analyze data lineage from source systems through downstream consumption.
    • Perform research, gap analysis, data mining, and data profiling to support business initiatives.
    • Collaborate with business and technical teams to evaluate existing systems and identify process improvement opportunities.
    • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, business rules, workflows, and functional specifications.
    • Support system analysis involving Informatica, Python, and PL/SQL-based data processing solutions.
    • Apply dimensional, relational, and unstructured data modeling concepts to support enterprise data architecture.
    • Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership to define reporting and analytical requirements.
    • Communicate technical findings and business recommendations through reports, presentations, and documentation.
    • Influence cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration to achieve project objectives.
    • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, technologies, data quality, and operational efficiency.
    • Stay current with industry trends, reporting technologies, and data analytics best practices.
    • Analyze ambiguous business problems and synthesize information from multiple sources into actionable recommendations.

    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree.
    • 6+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, product analysis, or product ownership.
    • Strong proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Excel.
    • Experience developing reports and dashboards using OBIEE and Power BI.
    • Experience working with Oracle, Snowflake, AWS, and enterprise data platforms.
    • Strong understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and cloud-based data architectures.
    • Experience with data modeling tools such as SAP PowerDesigner or Erwin.
    • Experience with data governance principles and data security best practices.
    • Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to translate complex technical and business data into meaningful insights that support decision-making.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience working with Informatica, Python, and PL/SQL.
    • Experience supporting enterprise reporting modernization initiatives.
    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams.
    • Knowledge of enterprise data architecture and reporting best practices.

    Notes:
    Manager would like to keep the experience aligned with the level.
