  • JOB SUMMARY
    The End User Content Solutions (EUCS) squad is seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer to design, deliver, and support enterprise SaaS platforms including Box, Google Workspace, Qualtrics, Microsoft Forms, and SIMPL. This role is crucial for providing secure, scalable, and compliant external and internal collaboration platforms. The Senior Engineer will be deeply involved in the design, implementation, and L3 support of SaaS integrations, collaborating with Product Owners, SaaS vendors, and internal engineering teams to execute a forward-looking platform roadmap.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Support cloud-based tooling and services, including SaaS application onboarding, integration solution design, tooling development, document updates, production support, and on-call escalation.
    • Improve platform reliability through automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
    • Act as an escalation point for complex production issues and vendor coordination.
    • Ensure compliance with risk, security, change management, and operational standards.
    • Participate in an engineering on-call rotation (approximately 1 week every 8 weeks) to support production platforms.

    Required Qualifications
    • 7-15 years of experience
    • 5+ years of application development experience with .NET and C#.
    • Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS and cloud platforms (e.g., Box, Google Workspace, Qualtrics, Microsoft 365), including onboarding, lifecycle management, and automation.
    • Strong experience with enterprise authentication and identity integrations, including OAuth, OIDC, and SAML.
    • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, with hands-on experience in web proxy and load-balancing technologies.
    • Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills for complex environments.
    • Clear, confident communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience using GenAI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, GPT, Gemini, or Grok.
    • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and hands-on experience applying DevOps practices, including Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
    • Exposure to containerization technologies (e.g., Podman, Kubernetes).
    • Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks.
    • A continuous-improvement mindset, with interest in automation and AI-driven innovation.
