  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a Full Stack Developer - Java / Angular to design, develop, and modernize enterprise applications supporting compliance and critical business workflows. This role is responsible for building scalable full-stack solutions, developing Java Spring Boot backend services and Angular frontends, leveraging AI-driven coding tools, supporting cloud-ready modernization initiatives, and collaborating with global teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
    • Design and develop modern Angular-based front-end applications.
    • Build end-to-end full-stack features, including user interfaces, APIs, and database components.
    • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
    • Leverage AI coding assistants and GenAI tools to improve development efficiency and code quality.
    • Utilize agent-based development workflows for code generation, validation, and automation.
    • Contribute to application modernization initiatives, including microservices and cloud-ready architectures.
    • Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code following development best practices.
    • Perform application testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
    • Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional and global development teams.
    • Participate in Agile ceremonies and software development lifecycle activities.
    • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
    2. Strong experience developing applications using Java and Spring Boot.
    3. Strong experience developing front-end applications using modern Angular.
    4. Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
    5. Hands-on experience working with SQL databases.
    6. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
    7. Experience using AI coding assistants or code generation tools.
    8. Understanding of agent-based software development workflows.
    9. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    10. Ability to collaborate effectively within global teams.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with Kubernetes.
    • Experience with observability and monitoring tools.
    • Experience in financial services or compliance-related application development.
    • Experience developing cloud-ready enterprise applications.
