  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead digital transformation initiatives and bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions. This role is responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, collaborating with product and engineering teams, managing Agile delivery activities, and ensuring successful solution implementation throughout the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis expertise, Agile experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements gathering meetings with business stakeholders and executive leadership.
    • Analyze business objectives and translate high-level business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements.
    • Collaborate closely with Product Owners to define product scope, priorities, and solution requirements.
    • Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
    • Develop process flows, wireframes, data flow diagrams, and other visual documentation to communicate business processes and system functionality.
    • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
    • Manage and prioritize product backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners and development teams.
    • Monitor project progress, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Identify project risks and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.
    • Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to define test scenarios and validate business requirements.
    • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.
    • Conduct product demonstrations, gather stakeholder feedback, and support continuous product improvement.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams.
    • Support digital transformation initiatives by recommending process improvements and technology solutions.
    • Ensure all project deliverables align with business objectives, quality standards, and organizational goals.

    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • Experience leading business analysis activities throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
    • Strong experience working in Agile software development environments.
    • Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
    • Experience writing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
    • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, and Figma or Balsamiq.
    • Strong process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process modeling skills.
    • Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and executive-level meetings.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
    • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Advanced certifications in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, CSM).
    • Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
    • Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and product demonstrations.
    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional product, engineering, UX, and QA teams.
    • Knowledge of modern product management and Agile delivery best practices.
