  • Job Summary
    The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading end-to-end digital Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) implementation projects within pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing environments. The role requires strong expertise in OEE concepts, technical architecture, system integration, and implementation within GxP-regulated environments. The Technical Lead will collaborate with vendors, business teams, cloud and infrastructure teams, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant OEE solutions.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead end-to-end technical digital OEE implementation, including solution design, vendor collaboration, integration, and deployment.
    • Provide strong technical expertise in OEE concepts, metrics, and manufacturing performance improvement.
    • Design and manage technical architecture aligned with cloud platforms such as AWS and enterprise infrastructure.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, cloud, infrastructure, and operations teams.
    • Drive integration with MES, IoT devices, data historians, and enterprise systems.
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, architecture documentation, and runbooks.
    • Ensure compliance with IT standards, security requirements, and data governance requirements.
    • Support system maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
    • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for configuration, delivery, and issue resolution.
    • Identify project risks and dependencies and lead mitigation activities to ensure successful implementation.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications
    • 4–7 years of experience as a Technical Lead leading OEE implementation projects.
    • 3–4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
    • Experience implementing solutions in a GxP-regulated environment.
    • Strong expertise in OEE concepts, metrics, and manufacturing performance improvement.
    • Experience designing and managing technical architecture aligned with cloud platforms such as AWS and enterprise infrastructure.
    • Experience integrating OEE solutions with MES, IoT devices, data historians, and enterprise systems.
    • Strong understanding of IT standards, security, and data governance requirements.
    • Experience supporting system maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
    • Strong vendor management and stakeholder coordination skills.
    • Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
