JOB SUMMARY
Software Quality Engineer specializing in quality engineering to join a reporting team within Stock Plan Services (SPS) Technology tasked with taking a market leading equity compensation platform to a global market. Working with a team of technologists focused on delivering Automation, Continuous Integration and Test Data ecosystems. This role demands significant collaboration with members of various business and IT groups throughout the lifecycle of a typical project. As a technical associate, you will be working directly to shape technology vision and will have a real impact on Workplace Solutions organizations success. Stock Plan Services administers equity compensation programs on behalf of public and private companies offering various compensations programs such as: Employee Stock Purchase Plans, Restricted Stock Awards/Units, Stock Option Plans, Stock Appreciation Rights and Performance based Awards. Currently SPS services over 1.6M participants employed by over 300 clients and spread out in 150 countries. The business is looking to further expand in the international equity compensation market, focused initially on western European countries and companies based there. As part of this business initiative, capabilities are being extended to enable a truly global platform.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated tests while adopting industry best practices and tools.

Required Qualifications
10+ years of relevant technical experience and experience in test automation
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technology related field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required.
Strong working knowledge of Relational Databases like Oracle or Postgres.
Experience with PL/SQL, ETL and complex queries, views, packages etc.
Expertise in Java, Python, Karate and/or Cucumber.
Experience in TypeScript/JavaScript and/or Playwright.
Expert knowledge in test automation frameworks and demonstrate proficiency, quality and passion in your coding ability.
Experience working on testing framework for UI projects i.e. Playwright
Experience with UI and Microservices Architecture, Restful API’s, Enterprise messaging like ActiveMQ, Kafka
Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration and Delivery tools.
Experience in executing projects in an Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with GitHub Copilot to support quality engineering practices is nice to have.
