  • Job Summary:
    We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in web and API test automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building and maintaining robust automation frameworks using Selenium or Playwright with TypeScript, API testing using RestAssured, and CI/CD integration. The candidate will work closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications and APIs.
    • Build scalable and reusable automation frameworks using Selenium or Playwright with TypeScript.
    • Develop and execute API automation test cases using RestAssured.
    • Create and maintain functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test suites.
    • Participate in requirement reviews and provide testability feedback during the development lifecycle.
    • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to identify and resolve defects.
    • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing initiatives.
    • Analyze test results, identify root causes, and work with teams to resolve issues efficiently.
    • Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices.
    • Prepare test metrics, reports, and quality status updates for stakeholders.

    Required Qualifications:
    • Hands-on experience with test automation using Selenium WebDriver or Playwright with TypeScript.
    • Experience developing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
    • Experience with cross-browser testing.
    • Strong experience with API testing, including RestAssured.
    • Experience with API validation and automation.
    • Experience testing RESTful services.
    • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
    • Experience with Bamboo and Bitbucket.
    • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
    • Experience with functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
    • Experience with defect tracking and test management.
    • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and within distributed teams.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Knowledge of test reporting and dashboarding tools.
    • Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments.
    • Experience with performance and security testing.
    • Healthcare domain experience.
    • Experience with AI-assisted development and testing tools.
    • Exposure to modern test automation practices and DevOps culture.
    • Knowledge of healthcare payer/provider applications and platforms.
