  • Job Summary
    We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Project Manager with deep expertise in Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA) and Procurement (PO, iProcurement) modules. 
    This role involves process documentation, training delivery, system optimization, and business user collaboration to enhance efficiency and adoption of Oracle EBS. 
    This is a hybrid role requiring regular onsite presence in NYC along with remote work.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Functional Expertise:
    • Provide expert functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Financials and Procurement modules.
    • Analyze business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and implement best practice solutions.
    • Configure Oracle EBS to enhance business processes and improve system efficiency.
    • Documentation & Training:
    • Develop process flows, functional specifications, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
    • Design and deliver user training programs for Oracle EBS functionalities.
    • Facilitate knowledge transfer and mentor team members on system best practices.
    • Business User Collaboration:
    • Work closely with business users to understand needs and optimize Oracle EBS configurations.
    • Ensure smooth cross-functional integration within different modules of Oracle EBS.
    • Drive adoption of standardized best practices across the user community.
    • System Support & Optimization:
    • Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving queries.
    • Monitor system performance and recommend optimization strategies.
    • Stay updated on Oracle EBS patches, releases, and new features to implement relevant updates.

    Required Qualifications
    • 10+ years of hands-on experience as a functional lead with Oracle EBS Financials and Procurement modules.
    • Strong expertise in business process documentation and training program development.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
    • Experience in requirement gathering, system configuration, and business process optimization.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle Cloud ERP.
    • Background in Oracle EBS upgrades and implementations.
    • Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis within Oracle EBS.
