  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a Technical Project Manager – Data Center & Wi-Fi Automation to lead initiatives across Wi-Fi automation, managed Wi-Fi deployments, and data center buildouts.
    This role requires a mid-to-senior level professional with strong project management experience in technical environments.
    The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of infrastructure and technology deployments while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead and manage multiple concurrent technology projects, including managed Wi-Fi deployments, data center buildouts, and automation initiatives
    • Own the full project lifecycle including scoping, planning, scheduling, execution, risk management, and delivery
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, network operations, construction, and leadership
    • Ensure alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders for timely project execution
    • Identify risks proactively, resolve issues, and maintain clear stakeholder communication
    • Drive process improvements and support adoption of Agile or hybrid methodologies
    • Ensure deployments meet technical, operational, and quality standards
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates

    Required Qualifications
    • 5+ years of project management experience in technology, telecom, or data center environments
    • Strong experience managing infrastructure projects, technology deployments, or data center buildouts
    • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
    • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
    • Experience with structured project management methodologies, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication

    Preferred Qualifications
    • PMP certification or Six Sigma Green Belt
    • Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with Waterfall frameworks
    • Technical understanding of networking, Wi-Fi systems, automation tools, or data center infrastructure
    • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive clarity in complex environments
