  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of a new mobile application product. This role involves working closely with engineers, business analysts, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to define product strategy, manage requirements, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
    The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile product delivery, technical product management, and building products powered by machine learning and GenAI, along with the ability to drive alignment and execution across teams.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Define, develop, and deliver digital products using Agile methodologies
    • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle, including requirements discovery, documentation, and delivery
    • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build products leveraging machine learning and GenAI
    • Engage with event-driven architectures and scalable data models
    • Write and contribute to technical specifications and functional documentation
    • Own requirements definition and translate business needs into actionable deliverables
    • Partner with stakeholders to drive product strategy and decision-making
    • Lead internal and external stakeholder engagement, including technical discussions and change management
    • Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams including engineering, analytics, and business units
    • Drive product development initiatives such as POCs, MVPs, and mobile application launches
    • Support backlog management, prioritization, and Agile ceremonies

    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical or analytical field
    • 7–8+ years of experience in product management, delivering digital products in Agile environments
    • Experience building and launching products powered by machine learning and GenAI
    • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand system architecture, APIs, and data models
    • Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
    • Ability to query databases and translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders
    • Strong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience in regulated industries such as payroll, human capital management (HCM), fintech, financial services, or healthcare
    • Experience launching mobile applications and leading platform revamps
    • Experience with proof-of-concepts (POCs) and MVP development
    • Experience mentoring product managers, designers, or research teams
    • Familiarity with event-driven architectures and modern data platforms
